The Quality Management System (QMS) of Kooltronic has been granted continued ISO 9001:2015 certification by DQS Inc. An independent, non-government body, ISO is composed of representatives from international organizations who develop quality management and assurance standards. The annual ISO audit seeks to verify the continuous implementation, risk assessment and effectiveness of the Kooltronic QMS. Kooltronic upholds strict adherence to its QMS and utilizes the most advanced technology to ensure reliability and consistency. Products undergo 100% in-process testing procedures such as mass spectrometry leak detection and operational refrigeration system testing. These procedures support Kooltronic’s commitment to producing the highest quality enclosure cooling products and achieving customer satisfaction.
