"A rewarding aspect of being a Kooltronic Regional Sales Manager is staying the course to help customers find the right cooling solution for their application, no matter how many options are investigated.

I once guided a particular customer through a review of 11 different products before we selected the most appropriate solution for his application (a filter fan). This consultation involved regular communication through phone and email, including sharing STEP files and other product documentation. The customer was very happy with the initial guidance he received and continues to purchase from us."

Is there anything that you would like customers to know about you?

"Something I would like for customers to know about me is that I genuinely like to help people. A little extra effort in providing the right information can save someone a lot of time later."

Can you recall a memorable experience during your career with Kooltronic?

"A memorable experience for me is how Kooltronic adapted during COVID to keep all facets of the company in operation. Being able to work through those uncertain times without stoppage was a great feeling and I am sure our customers appreciated the continuity. "

Do you have any notable hobbies or interests?

"My interests include spending time with loved ones and doing outdoor activities (work and play). I enjoy watching my kids play field hockey, landscaping, woodworking, watching sports, hunting, spending time in the mountains, grilling, and walking the dog."
