"I celebrated 23 years of service on May 15, 2023."

Do you have any notable hobbies or interests?

"My hobbies are baking, bowling, swimming, and playing bass guitar for my church band. I also play in a band with a few other employees at the annual Kooltronic picnic. My interest is learning more about processes in all departments and improving those processes when needed."

Please highlight an important or rewarding aspect of your position.

"Most important is giving 100% my best on a daily basis to meet the requirements of my job duties and assisting others whenever needed, also the opportunity I was given to manage the Quality Assurance Department."

Can you recall a memorable experience during your career with Kooltronic?

"One of my favorite experiences was on November 30, 2016. That was the day that Kooltronic was awarded our ISO 9001 certification. I was very proud to have contributed to that achievement."

As Quality Assurance Supervisor, Isaac plays an integral role in the production of Kooltronic's high-quality cabinet cooling products.

Is there anything that you would like customers to know about you or Kooltronic?

"I would like our customers to know that Kooltronic is committed to achieving satisfaction by meeting their requirements. Our goal is to continually improve our processes and procedures to the benefit of both our internal and external customers."
