Kooltronic Water-to-Air Heat Exchangers provide uniform cooling where a reliable source of clean, cool water is available. The KNHE Series of panel-mounted enclosure heat exchangers was designed primarily for use in harsh environments with cooling requirements greater than that of air to air heat exchangers or air conditioners. They are well suited for corrosive environments and highly contaminated areas that would require frequent changing of ambient air filters or the heat exchanger core. Rated for NEMA 4/4X enclosure applications, Kooltronic KNHE Water to Air Heat Exchangers can furnish greater heat transfer capability than air to air models, depending on water temperature and flow rate. The compact KNHE unit combines the best features of NEMA 4/4X heat exchangers with the increased cooling capacity of water to air heat exchanger models and a closed-loop system that ensures ambient air is sealed out while heat transfer surfaces remain clean.
