The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-government body composed of representatives from national standards organizations who develop quality assurance guidelines for industry and commerce. Kooltronic has been granted ISO 9001:2015 certification by DQS Inc. This certification confirms that the quality systems of Kooltronic meet a set of standards for design, development, production, quality assurance, inspection, testing, and customer service. Its Quality Assurance Systems are designed to satisfy any improvements necessary in order to reflect the changes in technology and new product development.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification of Kooltronic quality systems by DQS, Inc. communicates to both customers and suppliers that Kooltronic has met a uniform, international set of standards for excellence. Periodically, DQS, Inc. (or other accredited third party) will assess Kooltronic's quality systems to verify compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. By maintaining this certification, Kooltronic demonstrates its continuous and unwavering commitment to the improvement of its products and services.

This Kooltronic Quality Management System covers the design, manufacture, and service of refrigeration-based and forced air cooling products utilized for controlling the temperature of equipment housed in electrical enclosures and rack enclosures, and incorporated into Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products.
